Prayers for former "Dukes of Hazzard" Star

Catherine Bach, former "Dukes of Hazzard" star, has suffered a very personal tragedy. Her husband, Peter Lopez, whom she married in 1990 and had two children with, has passed away. Lopez's body was found in the front lawn with a gunshot wound. Investigation is in the early stages and the autopsy is pending.

My prayers go out for Catherine, her daughters, her family and the Lopez family.

I have found out the results of the autopsy and investigation. Mr. Lopez went up to a hill in their backyard and shot himself in the head. The bullet ripped through his brain and he died instantly.

After Peter's suicide, Catherine called his mother and said, "Peter is dead. Peter's not here anymore, he shot himself."

John Schneider, who played Bo Duke in the 80s series, rushed to his co-star's side and helped her as much as he could.
