In this episode, Peter is singing "Simple Gifts". Peter has been quoted as saying he was disappointed that on his one chance to sing on "Alias Smith and Jones" he had a cold and wasn't able to give his best performace. That comment speaks so cleary to Peter's natuire and it saddens me. And yet I am immensly impressed with his singing talents and find his voice to be so warmly soothing and level...quite a treasure to hear him.
My Comments:
For the first time in my life, I kinda disagree with Peter. Even though with a real bad cold, he sounded like a professional. I love how the actors that I really like can really sing. Every time I hear Peter singing "Simple Gifts", I always think that we lost a great actor with such great talent.
